"AP responded very promptly to my call--on a Friday in the late morning i found out about the problem--system backed up--while I was out of town. Regina responded promptly and had someone there that afternoon. Matt did a very fine job and followed up with a call answering some questions I had. The main office (including Regina)  also was helpful with the follow up. My one question has to do with whether it was a bit overpriced. I checked with another reputable plumber (also on Angeie's List) and that person said he would have done it for about $100 less. This being said, the work and the communication were both excellent.
