When the work was completed, the two gentlemen picked the trash and carried away my old water softener. They also checked a cold water line that had clogged with the old softener pellets. Our home was left clean and the new unit is much smaller and looks nice in the laundry room. Sandy was the young lady in the office that helped me at first, and she was a joy to deal with. She was a great help in selecting this unit.
