Dennis seemed to be a very knowledgeable young man. His work ethic and professionalism made me feel very comfortable that everything will work properly. I enjoyed hearing his explanation on how the filter works and all its long term health benefits. He organized his tools very neatly, very carefully moving around my tight kitchen space and always doing everything in a courteous manner. He made a good call to position the filter in a way as to occupy the least amount of space and setup the faucet precisely where it should be. He provided a free warranty on the installation. The filter work fantastically, I feel a huge difference in my cooking now, the food doesn't go bad as fast as it used to, I only make coffee and tea with this water and it not only saves me money but also I am contributing less waist into our sanitation department. Its ecological factor makes me feel so much better!!
