"From the sales representative, Anthony, to the owners Mark and Madelyn, our family's experience with this company was impeccable. They showed such care and compassion once they found out that the Long Island's hard water in our home caused our 5 month old skin to breakout so badly. She was in such distress and they went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that the water system was installed ASAP. The installers were so considerate that they even removed their shoes while working in our kitchen, without us asking them to do so. They worked efficiently and were very thorough. Jennifer who handles the office matters, was a pleasure to work with. As she rightfully texted me, It takes a village to raise a child and we truly are blessed to be a part of this water family. We rewashed the baby's clothes and you can immediately feel the difference and the natural products that can only be ordered through the company will save us tons of money from household cleaning supplies to bodywash everything is all natural. I have already convinced my pastors to have the system installed in their new long island home and will continue to recommend this company to everyone I can. Worth every single penny!"

"Installers were very detailed in how the water purification system work. Very knowledgeable, punctual and remove all my garbage.(old water softener). I would recommend these installers to anyone who need a water purification system in their home."

"The whole house water softener system installation was a little tricky due to the layout of the house, but was done within a few hours. The job included an under the sink water purification system. Bob and Tony were prompt and gave a full explanation of what was to be done. They were very easy to work with and it was a neat, professional installation. We are very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them."

"Hassan was professional, honest and reasonably priced. He replaced my water heater from a 75 gallon to a 50 gallon tank without any hidden fees or extras. Hauled out debris and old tank . No problems so far. Highly recommend!"

"My bathtub was blocked and the water wasn't going down. Mr Warwick responded to my request within minutes. He was very professional and explained to me how I can prevent this sort of issue in the future. I am a very satisfied customer."

"Both Dennis and Igor were wonderful to deal with. Dennis called immediately to set up an appointment and called prior to the appointment to confirm. Igor actually showed up a little early and went right to work. The filter is working great, the water tastes much better, and I'm saving money and the earth by not buying plastic water bottles."
