"The Radon Mitigation System was installed as requested, in a timely manner and everything was cleaned up before they left. The equipment they had installed was thoroughly explained and any extra questions I had were answered. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a system like this."

"He was thorough and found a problem I caused. A kink in a tubing prevented a pump from working."

"Harry arrived per appointment. He did a check on heating system to confirm operability for upcoming winter. He explained the relationship between roof equipment and condo equipmentI I mentioned to him that my condensate line from AC was trickling water during humid weather. Within minutes he replaced a coupling, and leak stopped. I was very pleased with his quick fix on this, He made Sila look very good in my opinion. Nice to see staff capable of heading off a problem."

"Replacement was urged by technician after routine inspection of heating system. Water heater wasn't part of the service but, tech checked it anyway. Nice enough of him to do that. After showing me his concern (legitimate) I asked for a quote to replace. Outrageously expensive considering cost of materials. Later learned techs are incentivized to sell service and parts. Dropped them as my go to plumbing and heating guys. Water heater still working 3years after urgent replacement was quoted"
