"Home advisor contacted the company seconds after I clicked on the search. The company owner called me with in 10 min. He gave me a quote after I described what I wanted. His plumber came to Rocky Mount, NC from the Raleigh area the next day and installed the system. The co owner came out later that afternoon from Raleigh and inspected the job. He did a water test and found the system completely removes all iron from our well water. He left a water test kit for me to preform in 60 days. It has a self addressed postage paid container to mail back.The price was fair. The job was professionally done. The Owner personally made sure the job was done correctly. "Peter and RJ worked efficiently right from the start. They removed the old tankless water heater and mounted the new one. Then, modified and replaced the old gas and water pipes and fittings as necessary to connect the new unit. They were in and out in about 4hrs with no major issues. They did have one minor issue with the outdoor exhaust housing not fitting but performed a work-around to insure the unit would work properly while waiting for the replacement part to come in. When it arrived, roughly a week later, Peter came right out and installed the hood. The technicians were a good team, polite and personable and I was pleased with the finished installation."

"Highly recommended. I had a simple repair of a leaking kitchen sink faucet. I did not have the proper tools or expertise for the job. I was very satisfied with JD Service Now. The dispatcher was prompt and professional. They called me before the plumbing technician arrived with an ETA. The tech arrived on time and was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything before doing any work. He not only fixed the leak quickly but also made sure I know where and how to operate the water shut off, Checked the water pressure into the house and the pressure relief valve on the water heater.
