"Lanney was very friendly and professional. He gave us a free estimate before relocating and installing our current whole house water filter. Even though it wasn't a system he sold, he still took care of us. He saved us because the company that sold us our system sold to another company and washed their hands of us. Lanney seems like a straight shooter, not selling us unnecessary add ones. He moved carefully within the home during the process to protect the interior of the home. (Ex. Used a dolly with bigger wheels to protect the stairway. Putting rugs down to protect the floors. ) He taught us things about our water heater we weren't aware of...things our builder neglected to tell us. So far Compass plumbing has: split pipes in my en suite bathroom from a single to a double sink, moved water lines from the floor to the wall to accommodate a floating vanity, moved a toilet location in my basement, replaced a water pressure regulator that was causing water hammer, and fixed a leak coming from the line going to our fridge.
