"I called Cass in November 2021. The hot water heater went out the day before Thanksgiving. Richard, the service repairman, came out that day and replaced the heating element. This past week, almost 7 months to the day, no hot water again. Cass was very busy but Richard did make it out in 2 days. It was the heating element again. He replaced it again and mentioned our water was very 'hard'. There was no charge because it was under warranty. I am now planning to have Cass install a new tankless water heater. I would definitely recommend Cass for your plumbing needs. Richard was prompt, personable and qualified. Customer service is great!"

Robert is very knowledgeable and very passionate about the water filtration system, and I like that it specifically made for Florida water because the water quality is so incredibly bad , I have such a piece of mine, knowing that I can drink the water out of any faucet if I wanted to, but I still did add the under sink water filtration just for added protection. I would definitely recommend this company. The price was what they told me it would be there we are no changes upon payment time and installation was efficient."
