"It went very well. I received an estimate and had the water softener installed a week later. I had three estimates. One I felt like I was talking to a car salesman, the other automatically added a $99 "membership" giving me services I don't need, plus the cost was over $600 higher. The Elgin estimate was reasonable and thorough. Scott did a great job explaining everything that needed to be done. The installation went well and, again, Scott explained everything that he was doing and how the water softener works. I would definitely recommend Elgin Water Care!"

"An employee came to look at my water pipes and give an estimate for installing the pipes necessary for a water softener. He said that he would send the estimate right away but it never came through even though I sent a follow up request. By the time I received a call from the company the next week indicating that the person was no longer with the company, I'd already chosen a different provider."

"Ethan and Spooner Water Solutions were great. Explained things and found me the best solution in a quick time frame."

"Overall good experience. Replaced water heater. The plumbers were great and explained our options for repair or replace. Expensive but little needed repair."

"We got a quote from leaf home water solutions, Frank was our sales person, he was very nice and personable. We decided to buy the system. We have well water. We had hard water. We were sold only what we needed! Nothing else! Our installer was Andy and he was also very nice and cared about the work he was doing! He made sure everything was level and did a wonderful job! Thank you guys! We are very happy and our water tastes good."

"Zenith Pure Solutions did an excellent job from start to finish. The team was very professional, explained the water test results clearly, and recommended the right solution without any pressure. Installation was clean, on time, and well-organized. We noticed an immediate improvement in water taste and quality throughout the house. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable whole-house water filtration system."

"They installed a water C softener for me."

"I cant say enough how awesome Plumb Doctor was! i called in at 6 am for a busted water pipe ( when it was -30 outside ) and they have a tech out within 40 minutes. My highest praise goes to Vince H who was the gentleman that came out. He was super nice and walked me through everything that was going on. Thought he had it fixed and when he knew it wasn't just the 1 pipe we could see was busted, he continued to work until it was really fixed! Ended up needing to cut into the wall and replace 7 sections of pipe and took the time to show it all to me and explain what had happened! Again- thanks for being so professional Vince, was truly appreciated. If there is ever a plumbing need, i recommend this company and specifically Vince 1000%"

"Had an estimate done for owner supplied water softener. ARS's estimate was very fare compared to 2 other company estimates whos estimate were twice as high. The installer went out of his way to explain and show me how the system works and not charge me for additional parts he needed. Very professional and courteous, will hire again if needed."
