"The technician came on time and, although it took him longer than expected to install the system, he installed it and demonstrated the system for me. The next day, I noticed there was still water on the concrete close to the system but, I figured it was residual water. Apparently the system was leaking. Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy. My system seems to be working well and I am satisfied."

"It was great! I know nothing about water purification systems or options, other than something simple like a Brita pitcher. The technician guy (David) was very smart and extremely fast! It felt like it took no time at all for him to install it and he even hooked the line to my fridge so the RO water goes to my door dispenser and ice machine!"
