"They were very prompt in replying for what I was looking for in water treatment & purification. Also, they showed you through testing your water, how cloudy, sediment it has that makes it impure. I am very pleased with this water treatment & purification system. My sinks do not have a film left on them. My skin feels softer. My laundry is cleaner."

"Super polite and knowledgeable representative made a quick and professional installation of a new water treatment system. Company was great to work with at all levels. I would highly recommend them! Water Works!"

"Perfectly he first tested all the water levels explained what he was doing then. Went and ck all our ranks. Walked us through each step to ensure we understood Great job"

"Quick to come out to the house. Up front and honest about what is needed. Explained everything, from why one system is better for your needs than one that you thought you needed. Provides the job estimate and does not pressure you. Our buyers opted to go with a lesser system instead of splitting the cost. He worked with us and installed the system and was able to get the water retested in time for settlement. Office staff was in constant contact with us through everything. Hard to find such a good, honest business."

"Arctic Bear gave us a reasonable quote and provided prompt excellent service. Our water softener is running well."

"John is fantastic to work with and is always prompt with his service. I’ve had him do everything from replacing a grinder pump in our cistern or literally getting a toilet unclogged. I would highly recommend calling him for any plumbing needs you might have."

"I bought a home that hadn't had the boiler serviced in 6 years.  It also is my first home with radiator heat.  UGI gave me a window of 12-5 for when their repair man would be out.  He called ahead of time to let me know he was near (at 1:30) which was great.  He serviced the boiler.  He also fixed an improperly angled vent line from the gas water heater to the chimney.  The repair man was awesome as he answered questions and was very knowledgeable.  He let me know how to bleed air from the radiators and where the shut off's were, as well as how to flush sentiment from the water heater every 6 months.  UGI's service cost was $100 less than two other "A" rated Angie's List members.  It was only $135 for the service and $25 to fix the vent line.  I figure, if my gas bill goes to UGI, why not give them a shot at service.  They were excellent.

Len then flushed, purged and serviced the system. He was even able to use some of the parts from the other pipe we were not going to use thus saving additional money. Len educated me on how and where the pipes ran and if I needed to shut off water in an emergency and which valves to access. Thumbs up for service excellence!!! :)

"He was able to quickly diagnose that the water leak from the water heater was a result of a ruptured tank, resulting in the need to replace the entire water heater."
