I wanted to have this company do the project but the representative wanted 10% to be paid up front which was not on the proposal. I decided to go with another company who didn't require any payment until the job was completed. I will say this company seemed to be a good company and Shane was very knowledgeable and appears to have a good product."

Carbon filter, UV Light, and Reverse Osmosis system for under the kitchen sink. I added on a replacement water heater as well since the old one was on expired time in my opinion. "The technician came on time and, although it took him longer than expected to install the system, he installed it and demonstrated the system for me. The next day, I noticed there was still water on the concrete close to the system but, I figured it was residual water. Apparently the system was leaking. Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy. My system seems to be working well and I am satisfied."
