He came on-time and well-prepared for my appointment providing a positively enlightening and enjoyable experience. What was also nice was that he did not pressure me to purchase anything. I settled for the top-tiered product that Kinetico offered which was a very expensive system and wished that I didn’t have to spend that much. Bill brough his two sons to help. He had to dig and sauter to remove the old pipe and then shop for new parts but the project was completed in under 2 hours!
