"Wow talk about an improvement on quality of life. And I feel lucky that we ended up with Damian Fernandez who was such a naturally great person. I received a call from Damian shortly after I inquired with home depot for a whole house water treatment system. He came on-time and well-prepared for my appointment providing a positively enlightening and enjoyable experience. What was also nice was that he did not pressure me to purchase anything. I settled for the top-tiered product that Kinetico offered which was a very expensive system and wished that I didn’t have to spend that much. Still, expensive upfront but besides the greatly improved quality of life, I will be saving on future costs from damages that hard water can cause on my new home, appliances, and health. I’ve been suffering from dry skin, and eczema throughout my face and body. I’ve used a lot of different skin products and they’ve just provided temporary relief. Long story short, my skin has never felt better and it feels so good thanks to Kinetico’s water system. Also, the installation of our water system was perfect and problem free thanks to Ben. I am very pleased with their product and would highly recommend it to anyone. I also strongly recommend having Damian Fernandez help you with your home water treatment needs."

"We got a much better deal through Costco for water system."

"Professional, knowledgeable, respectful, patient, reasonable"

"Mainline Plumbing arrived within one day of being contacted. They fixed the leak and advised my grandson on replacing the water line to the refrigerator. Definitely would call them back for any other plumbing work."

"He unblocked the T inlet inside my septic tank. Correctly diagnosed and fixed on a Sunday! Another company was here all day Thursday and Saturday after mis diagnosed the condition. Had septic drained and still had issues."

"I highly recommend Frank Cervantes, from "At Your Service Plumbing." He is more reasonably priced than other plumbers, I have used in the past. Frank performs his work to satisfaction of everything functioning properly. 2/27/26, Frank lowered and secured a pipe from my black water tank, as water and waste were not flowing properly. He unclogged my toilet, that had been backing up. 3/04/26, Frank returned, as Toilet was backed up with water again. Frank checked the pipe with his computer camera, in which there ended up being (3) major blockages, from the pipe up into the black water tank. Frank, used every piece of his equipment to completely clean out the tank and pipe. I was able to view the completion of process on his computer. Frank, is very professional, and personable. I give him an A+ rating."

"Excellent communication when planning the job and after the install to make sure we understood how to use our new water softener system. Their team is professional and knowledgable and we would use them again for future projects."

"Great product, Price is a little high but you get what you pay for."

"Mainline was the only business that replied although there were several listed from Home Advisor. They came the same day I asked about getting it done and completed removing the old water heater and installed the new one within hours! I could have waited to see if the parts I needed could be sourced but since the heater was 14 years old I opted to install a new one. Could not see possibly paying half the cost of a new one for service and parts and then maybe waiting for it to be completed only to have it need service or replacement a couple years down the road."

"Excellent job. Will definitely use again."
