"They were quick to get us a quote and put in our new water softener. Pricey compared to others, but a great product"

"We had really good results. I would give a glowing referral for them. I called and explained the situation and he and I arranged a time for him to come out and eyeball the situation. He worked several hours and it was pretty major work. He cleaned up when he was finished and explained everything to me. He noticed that my drain was clogged and he took it upon himself to clean it. When I told him what my plumbing problems were, he actually looked at my water softener. I had another plumbing service out that said I needed a whole new water softener and he said that he didn't think I had it programmed correctly. He reprogrammed it and it was absolutely fine. The other company had sent out their water softener specialist and said I needed to replace it. We had a willow tree that snapped a power line and didn't know that it needed to be reprogrammed. He was reliable and did good work. I will probably hire him again for more work. He also went over to another house that my husband and I own and fixed a toilet there very quickly. When he is done with the work, he makes sure that it is really repaired. I felt like I was in good hands and he does quality work."

"Called BKM on a Tuesday afternoon for help with a water heater problem in Germantown, got great next day service on Wednesday. Thank you guys!"

"Konnar was very Polite, Knowledgeable & Respectful. He let us know if new products were available for our system and also if we need refills on our filters. Hopefully he will be assigned to our Air Conditioner Cleaning in Spring. That's what I like about Mr. Holland's. In this very busy world I never have to worry about skipping any services scheduled. They always call to remind me that it's time."

"We had an appraiser tell us we needed someone to look at our tenants AC because they found water, it's a simple thing we probably could have done it but we needed to close the next day and get a professional to look at it, it's busy season so they charged $300 to come out the same day (they arrived earlier than they told us and so they had to wait for us but they stayed). It only involved flipping a switch and some advice mainly but it really helped us with our closing and I felt that they were honest. They are probably more expensive but they are open 24 hours."

"Excellent customer service and installation. Very satisfied. Recommend."
