"Abdiel was super to work with. He really knew his stuff and explained so many things to me that I did not know before. He gave me such a great deal that i couldn't say no. The system is perfect and the water delightful. Lucian installed the system. Couldn't have asked for anyone more gentlemanly. Very meticulous about his work. Seems to be a great company all around."

"This is in a Park Model that has a much smaller water heater. Pioneer installed a MUCH better unit, slightly larger, and installed heavier duty connections to the unit. They had to slightly modify the opening where the water heater fits - no problem at all. They did an excellent job and will definitely use them again, as needed."

"If/when you have a water leak &you don't know where it is, you have a MAJOR problem!. that's when you need a plumber like the man that Ram Plumbing sent to me."

"ACS installed my Lennox A/C system 4 years ago and have maintained it since. The A/C went out Thursday night and I called ACS early Friday morning. I explained to Sandy, the dispatcher, that I was sick and wasn't looking forward to spending time in a hot house. She was very understanding and arranged to have Manny at my house at 8:45am. Manny is a very professional and competent technician. He diagnosed and fixed the issue promptly (a blown fuse). He also recommended a couple of improvements to my system that would make a future outage less likely. I had him install a surge suppressor on the air handler and a hard start unit on the compressor. I have nothing but good things to say about Manny, Sandy, Patrick, Milo, Dustin, Daniel and all the other people I have dealt with at ACS."

"I was able to get my water heater installed in a very quick time. The 2 men that installed it was very knowledgeable of how to install it. I'm satisfied with their work and would reccomend them again. Their prices were more reasonable than some other companies that I had checked out. More likely I'll use them again for other projects."

"Hunter from Legacy Water Services provided an outstanding experience from start to finish. He arrived promptly and took the time to understand the issues we were having with our water quality and taste. He explained the possible causes clearly, tested multiple water sources, and walked us through each step so we knew exactly what he was doing. I was relieved that Hunter came fully prepared with the equipment needed to update our RO system on the spot—no delays, no hassle, and what he charged was in line or less than what other companies would have charged us. His communication skills were excellent, and he never once tried to upsell us on unnecessary equipment. Instead, he focused on solving the problem efficiently and professionally. We’re very pleased with the service and highly recommend Legacy Water Services, especially if you’re looking for a knowledgeable technicians who truly put the customer first"

"My sales guy, Elton Cross, was very knowledgeable. He explained the difference between a water softener and a water treatment system to me to help me decide which system I really wanted. He was very patient while I struggled with Experian to unfreeze my credit report so he could process the finance contract. He was very pleasant to talk to. My installation team was also very pleasant and courteous. The system isn't active yet because it has to soak but they will be back when the 48 hour period is finished to hook me up for that good water to come through those pipes to my house. Can't wait. I will hire them again for my next project. Thanks Elton and team!"
