Ultimately, the job required updating my well pump and head in addition to the planned updates to the in-house treatment equipment. Not only was NMP great at their job, but the well contractor they worked with did excellent work as well. There was a minor issue with the initial installation of the water softener tank that caused some of the softening media do come out of the tank but the issue was addressed completely. "6/8/26 review update I had them change out a frost-free outdoor faucet that had failed. They charged $1000. I had a second outside faucet. They gave me an estimate of $1600. I had another company do the same job for $500. Be very careful about hiring 1-800 Plumber. My advice is to shop around. Their pricing was way above the market price. Unless you are really wealthy and $1000 does not mean anything, I would avoid this crew. They did an excellent job but they are a pack of theives. They charged over a thousand dollars just to replace a single outside water faucet."
