As with our prior purchase, the Kinetico way is to never â upsellâ but to go through the line of options for water treatment in relation to the results of their thorough water testing process. We enjoyed visiting with David Brewster regarding those options and booked a system. In spite of our distance from their core operating base they were able to get us booked for installation 3 working days after his visit. True to Davidâ s own testimony regarding their service trucks, they have absolutely everything they would ever need to make sure they can completely install the water treatment system. From the time Will arrived, he was very professional, neat as he kept cleaning up any mess made and took time to answer any/all questions which we both had. We had another competitor, started with a C, while in East TN and loved the system with not too many issues. However, upon doing research here and having a water bill, the fact that Kinetico uses the force of the water for regeneration and to clean only made sense; plus the fact that it uses very little water, purified water as well in order to clean - this was important to us. We've not seen our water bill increase but a few cents and three months later, still not had to add salt. GREAT JOB!"
