"Superior Water Systems really helped me out. We purchased a house with a well and existing water system that we didn't know how it worked. Dave came the same day I looked them up on HomeAdvisor. He was very patient and explained everything about the system in our house. He examined the system and tested the water, cleaned everything up and added salt and chlorine as needed. He suggested some additional services we could get through them but I didn't feel pressured. He never pressured me to get rid of our existing system in favor of the systems that they instal. I signed up to have a technician inspect the system every 3 months and add consumables as needed. On top of the great service I would like to say that I also felt safe with Dave. "I called around 5 p.m on April 29, 2020, and spoke with Tom Keen. He was able to come out to the house within 45 mins as scheduled. Tom did a great job of unclogging the pipe, replacing a P-trap due to leakage. In addition, he fixed a loose faucet which prevents further issues with the system. The price was very fair. He observed the COVID 19 safety guideline by wearing a face mask. He is the best plumber I have ever used. I will most definitely use his service again and highly recommend Tom to family and friends."
