"Just had a water system installed, including RO, carbon and water softener. Only been running a few days so still have to see performance over long-haul. Brad has been very helpful so far and Jack and his team did a good job with the install. They've been responsive to questions, and also came back to install a water pressure regulator for a reasonable cost. So far, so good with ProWater."

"This company is amazing! I just purchased a complete soft water and RO system to replace my 23 year old Ecowater system. Chris, who’s the company owner took the time to explain all my options in detail. He was extremely detailed and reliable throughout the entire process. Though they were booked out 3 weeks, he made special accommodations by installing my new system himself within one week of his initial home visit estimate. Chris was very meticulous to perfection. He’s fair and honest! Great experience throughout the process!!"

"McLay Services did an excellent job on the preventative maintenance for my A/C system. Dylan was professional, courteous, and thorough throughout the visit. He replaced two air filters, cleaned the coils, and checked all electrical components to make sure everything was running safely and efficiently. My unit is now healthy and fully operational. I really appreciate the quality of work and attention to detail — I'd definitely recommend McLay Services to my friends and family!"

"Response was amazing and fast. Arrived on time and kept me fully informed. Professional with complete set of moisture/ leak detection tools. Answered all our questions. Would love to recommend them."

"The plumber was very knowledgeable and professional. They kept the job site clean and we are very happy with the results."

"Kayvan was a wonderful service tech! He was on time and professionally checked out the water heater and the HVAC system. He was so polite and friendly. He explained the need for a new filter in the heating unit and showed me photos of the unit located in the attic. He also offered to do a friendly deed for free, which I greatly appreciated, He’s a great asset to Service Champions!"

"My under the sink RO system stopped working. Daniel came and we realized it needed to be replaced. He made a recommendation and bought all parts for me. It was a smaller direct system that works best for my needs."

"Got the jobs done right, my technician was Alex & he was professional & friendly & clear on all steps for my project needs."

"Johnny was a pleasure to work with. Very professional and friendly. Very knowledgeable as well. Johnny's quote was within the ballpark of what I was looking for based on my research (on Angi's site) of roughly the same type of job; unlike some other folks I contacted (before using Angi) which were ridiculously above that number. Job was done quickly but not rushed, clean and professional. I'd definitely call Pure Plumbing again if the need ever arises."
