He presented me with a lower cost option that could have been done same day but I chose to replace a 17 year old system with a new system that is more accurate (better monitors water use) and less costly to operate because it uses less salt. He performed several preventative maintenance updates: re-piped and plumbed in a new particulate cartridge, cleaned the screen on the radon system and replaced the solenoids, all within the cost of what other companies quoted for only the water softener replacement. The last technician that serviced our water systems (Radon & RO) rushed through the job and left them in worse shape than they were before he "serviced" them. "George was wonderful to work with in the planning phase, very responsive, he answered all my questions as we discussed the install. I sent him photos of where the system would go and and he confirmed it would be a good fit. He arrived promptly on the install day, along with Dave who was also great, and they put in the system. About a half hour after they left, I discovered a leak from a small copper pipe and called George. He came right back to fix it which he did, but we realized it was not his work. Someone else had put in that section of copper tubing incorrectly. George was very kind and accommodating and fixed the problem. He and Dave were a pleasure and I really appreciated it and I would absolutely hire them again."
