"This is in a Park Model that has a much smaller water heater. Pioneer installed a MUCH better unit, slightly larger, and installed heavier duty connections to the unit. They had to slightly modify the opening where the water heater fits - no problem at all. They did an excellent job and will definitely use them again, as needed."

"Plumber Kings did a great job, but had a slight delay due to supply issues."

"Hunter was very helpful when we were choosing our reverse osmosis and soft water system. He made the process simple, which made our decisions easy. He also installed our InstaHot as part of the setup, and everything was done efficiently and professionally. There was genuinely no pressure to buy from him…in fact, it felt like the opposite. Because our whole family already uses him and speaks so highly of his work, it felt natural to go with someone we knew we could trust. And once he came to our home and completed the job, we understood why. He’s kind, friendly, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. He also noticed our water pressure was unusually high and recommended a plumber to address it. The plumber arrived quickly, and they worked together perfectly. The impact on our daily lives has been big . We’re trying to live healthier, and having clean, filtered water available has helped us move away from bottled water. It’s been a great investment."

"My sales guy, Elton Cross, was very knowledgeable. He explained the difference between a water softener and a water treatment system to me to help me decide which system I really wanted. He was very patient while I struggled with Experian to unfreeze my credit report so he could process the finance contract. He was very pleasant to talk to. My installation team was also very pleasant and courteous. The system isn't active yet because it has to soak but they will be back when the 48 hour period is finished to hook me up for that good water to come through those pipes to my house. Can't wait. I will hire them again for my next project. Thanks Elton and team!"

"Leo tried to repair water heater. He came next day to re evaluate the water heater. His honesty was appreciated . He found right water heater installed it the same day. Slight issue with gas. He made sure once gas was corrected. He came back to make sure all was in working order. My mother was finally able to take a Hot Shower. ð ð ½ð ð ½"
