Since we had never done a bathroom renovation before we found that certain things were done by asking our opinion without the suggestion of their expertise. Our only negative experience was the late nights they stayed working to get the project finished and the damage done to our front deck as a result of cutting tile outside. They did come back very willingly and tried cleaning the deck but unfortunately its still not totally clean. Since we will eventually be replacing our deck we just let it go.
