"He was amazing. Very patient, extremely knowledgeable and gave us a fantastic deal on a treatment system to clean and purify our water."

"We got a much better deal through Costco for water system."

"John was Great!!! Our first appointment had to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, but John communicated the issue immediately which was much appreciated, and set new appointment. When John came arrived on time (A+) Professional and listened to my idea/suggestion (A+) Did the job in less than the estimated time (A+) Cleaned and REPAIRED the wall area which I didn't expect (A+) Price was 1/3 of what others wanted to charge. Definitely, recommend NorCal Water Treatment to others, and will be rehiring for future plumbing projects/issues. I'm real BIG on customer service/professionalism and John is "The Man!""

"Jared showed up and wasted no time in doing two things at once (draining the hot water heater and repairing a small fireplace gas leak). He educated me a little on what he was doing which is always helpful. He was also careful to keep his booties on, so as not to ruin the shiny wood floors. Highly recommend based on this experience."

"The plumber showed up within an hour of my request. He thoroughly inspected my tankless water heater and discovered the issue quickly. Problem solved. I would definitely hire the personable and efficient plumber again."

"I was out of town and had a water main bust. Within an hour HK&S was on the site with a solution and fair quote. Needless to say, the project was completed the very next morning to my satisfaction."

"They installed a Moen water shut off and a gas earthquake shut off. They were on time, efficient and professional."

"We haven't had an issue with the system"

"Excellent. We had an emergency situation (significant water leaking) and Eduardo responded promptly, came out to assess the situation, acquired a new replacement water heater and was back within 2 hours to complete the job in a very satisfactory manner. Will definitely call him again if any future plumbing issues arise."

"Clean professional installation by John and his team. The equipment looks great and does not take up very much space. Received a good offer for a whole house purification system, plus under sink water purifier, and as promised, there was no upsell or hidden charges. It was just installed yesterday, June 14, so too early to tell on product quality and customer support but all indications are very positive."
