The technician was knowledgeable and gave us all the options, and we selected the single heater. They told us all the steps, let us know when the water and electricity were being turned off, and kept the house clean on a messy day. They discovered that our sump pump was malfunctioning and replaced that, too. We purchased our own kitchen faucet, and they installed it. The technician was very polite, professional and cleaned up after himself. He had the problem identified and fixed within about 1/2 hour. After the repair was complete he gave us a couple of options as far as paying for the repair for that day or choosing a annual plan which included an annual tuneup for the air-conditioner and furnace. He was not high pressure just laid out what the offer was. We choose the later since we needed to have that none anyway next year. Very pleased with the service.
