After some discussion the operations manager came out assessed the situation and fixed the entire issue within a day. Steve made it right and explained the entire process. He had his crew come out and get everything up and running ASAP and very politely and informed me about the dos and don't. They were over within 1 hour and did a thorough inspection of the tank. They quickly diagnosed the issue and with just a $25 part, we had hot water.
