Install was scheduled within a couple of days of the paperwork. Hugo and his team was so professional and showed me the ins and outs of the water system. With the tier we got, we get a supply of natural soaps which we are big on so ask about that! I highly recommend the Water Doctor if you need any water softner needs!"

The issue was unique and created interest that even George himself showed up. We were all working to establish what the likely source of the issue with the most likely culprit. After various tests it appears it’s the city meter. We made a call to SAWS to have them come out and check. George, Will, and Nate were all professional and pleasing to be around as well as knowledgeable. They completed the PRV install and additional hot water expansion tank install."
