"Gus at Pro Bright went above and beyond on a Sunday to detect and repair our master bedroom ceiling leak. With water to the house turned off at the street we were desperate to find a contractor who could respond right away. Other contractors offered appointments Monday or Tuesday. Gus responded that he could be here in 2 hours to repair the leaking pipe, but could have Jeff, his water mitigation project manager here within 30 minutes to assess the water damage. These guys were both so professional. They shared the process, timeline and costs, and were prepared to start right away. They promptly moved my disabled husband and his adjustable bed to another room away from the work area assuring his comfort and safety. Gus repaired the overhead leak and turned the water back on. "When Timothy arrived he surveyed the problem and capped the pipe. We were able to resume using our water immediately. He promptly returned the next morning and finished the job by cutting into the drywall and removing the old connection heads (which were practically immovable). He replaced the washer hookups, as well as the connection heads, and put in a new washer box. Timothy was very courteous, professional, and reliable. HIs workmanship was excellent.
