"We recently moved to a house with a 20 year-old water heater and HVAC system. Our home inspector had told us they were living on borrowed time. We have been through the hassle of having the furnace go out in 10 degree weather, and the water heater go out on Christmas Eve, so we decided to look into replacing them before they died. Having used PHP for years, we called them for a quote, and Ryan, the owner, came out. He was very nice, thanking us for being one of his very first customers back when he started the company. He looked over our system and our home and wrote up two quotes for Trane systems, explaining each one, with no pressure to select the higher priced package. They came out a week later and a team headed by Skip installed the furnace and air conditioner, while Austin the plumber installed the water heater. Ryan had also asked Austin to look at our toilet, which kept running, and he replaced our flapper for free. Austin was done and gone shortly after 11, and the HVAC techs were done around 2:30. All were friendly and quick and seemed to know what they were doing, and we are happy to have a water heater and HVAC which should last us for quite a while."
