He replaced a kitchen faucet, installed a new bathroom faucet/shower head, fixed a running toilet, and even showed me what to use on stubborn hard water stains that I was unable to remove with all the usual methods. We also had him install a second hose for the backyard and replace the existing outdoor spigot. When we redo our bathroom, we will definitely call Damien."

The process began about three months ago with Jesse, a Certified Water Specialist, who thoroughly tested our water and designed a comprehensive system. He was patient, informative, and never pushy while I took time to decide. Installation was completed this past Monday and included sediment filtration, a water softener, radon and PFAS removal, and reverse osmosis to our drinking water and refrigerator ice maker. Patrick, the senior technician, and his assistant Ronald were professional, knowledgeable, and did a very clean, well-organized basement install. Patrick took the time to explain how the system works and what maintenance is required.
