"We got a quote from leaf home water solutions, Frank was our sales person, he was very nice and personable. We decided to buy the system. We have well water. We had hard water. We were sold only what we needed! Nothing else! Our installer was Andy and he was also very nice and cared about the work he was doing! He made sure everything was level and did a wonderful job! "OK, but left a bad feeling. Technician gave me a list of options from simple that I could do myself had I bothered to study the problem--replacing the rubber flapper--to needlessly complex that I could not see how the problem could be solved--tech proposed installing a water softener system, based on the rust-colored stains inside the tank. I explained that the toilet was old, and that the stains probably came from a time when the house was on well water. Since then, the house went onto city water and we haven't seen stains anywhere else. This explanation did not deter the tech, as he recommended a water softener system twice more before he left. (This gave me the impression that Hope encourages all its technicians to recommend the most expensive "fix" to a problem, even if it may not be useful or necessary). In any case, I chose the simple solution and it reduced but did not totally fix the problem. I have called Hope and asked them to come back. We'll see."

"I cant say enough how awesome Plumb Doctor was! i called in at 6 am for a busted water pipe ( when it was -30 outside ) and they have a tech out within 40 minutes. My highest praise goes to Vince H who was the gentleman that came out. He was super nice and walked me through everything that was going on. Thought he had it fixed and when he knew it wasn't just the 1 pipe we could see was busted, he continued to work until it was really fixed! Ended up needing to cut into the wall and replace 7 sections of pipe and took the time to show it all to me and explain what had happened!
