"Isaiah is a great professional master plumber! He found the leak, made a plan to fix it, and explained what had failed. Then he came back the following morning and upgraded, cleaned, and improved the water heater! He is kind, competent, & affordable! He's a great find if you need help."

"Outstanding family-run company. Efficient, professional, reliable, and friendly service. Jim personally handled my plumbing "emergency" on very short notice, and he absolutely exceeded all expectations. I had a saddle valve - connected to the water heater - fail, and he not only fixed the leak but installed a stronger valve/line to mitigate the risk of another premature failure. Jim Needham Plumbing is a top-tier company that goes above and beyond, and stands behind their work; this is the type of small business I am happy to support and recommend to friends and family."
