"Ken and Danny did a fantastic job of installing a whole home water treatment for our townhome. Ken explained everything throughly and Danny installed it all within half a day. Carbon filter, UV Light, and Reverse Osmosis system for under the kitchen sink. I added on a replacement water heater as well since the old one was on expired time in my opinion. I would absolutely recommend this team to anyone because of their honesty, professionalism and work ethics."

"Just had my water softener and chlorinator annual service accomplished by Pure Touch. About 10 days later, I noticed a problem with the controller. Pure Touch has a 30 day no charge service call warranty. The controller suffered an internal failure. Pure Touch made 3 separate trips and stood by their warranty. "Worlds best sprinkler repair company. I was told by another company that we needed all new wiring for $780 and that my timer was okay but Bobby from total outdoor services looked at the timer control box and it was set to turn on the rain sensor, which is not there, so the sprinklers would not turn on. Bobby correctly set the timer and it worked fine. He then checked the entire system and replaced 2 heads and fixed my lawn mower for only $110!"

"The technician came on time and, although it took him longer than expected to install the system, he installed it and demonstrated the system for me. The next day, I noticed there was still water on the concrete close to the system but, I figured it was residual water. Apparently the system was leaking. Two days after install I contacted Leaf and advised them that the system was leaking. Early, the next business day, they arrived and repaired the leak and made sure I was happy. My system seems to be working well and I am satisfied."
