But he was able to fix the low pressure in the sink by replacing the faucet. All other plumbing companies we had out said our only option was to replace the old galvanized pipes! Most of the report was common sense, I'd I already knew by walking through my crawl space.  In the end they recommended installing Smart pipe along the interior walls to help with standing water.
