"There were about 6 things and altogether it added up to about $800. Since then I haven't called him back. I would give him an "A" for the estimate. It's just that the most important item on there, he said I didn't need it, because it was a matter of turning the shower off, I mean the diverter off. That is not the case, I tested it several times and it does need something, I don't know what. Since I had gotten the tub refinished I didn't want to have water dripping in it. I can't seem to find a plumber that wants to do that particular small job. He's one of a couple that I asked and they all said, all you have to do is turn it a certain way, but that is not the case. I have sort of put it on hold. I liked them. I liked him and the assistant, Brendon Nagle and his assistant. They are very nice and I felt they could do most things. I have to call the guy that refinished the tub, because he suggested I get this part and no other plumber seems to agree; but I know it's the case. I do not want to ruin the tub. It causes rust around the drain, the water sitting. It's complicated. I would call Brendon Nagle again, but I have to research this particular project. I thought the price was fair, but it didn't seem like a bargain to me. Even though the quality is not applicable, I would give an "A" for knowing and being jolly. They were there the next day."

"Valdel Plumbing was outstanding. Jennifer was able to dispatch a plumber within the hour. Billy did an excellent and efficient job, replacing 3 old leaking valves and restoring water to the house."

"Best price out there for my shower remodel. Awesome customer service: Joe got back to me very quickly with all questions and concerns. Shower itself came out awesome. Communicated with us throughout the whole process about problems that came up and what he was doing to solve them. Overall great experience, will definitely hire them again for my next plumbing project!"

"Ed and Josh do great work!! Certainly know what the job requires. They renovated our upstairs bath and installed a shower in the main bathroom. Very courteous and resprespectful to us and our home. Would recommend Calco as a great company to work with."

"Fernando and William did a fantastic plumbing job at our home. They replaced all the valves and completely fixed our basement sink using the latest plumbing equipment. Everything was left spotless and clean when they finished. Their communication was excellent and super easy from start to finish. They arrived right on time, and the price was very fair and reasonable. Highly recommend these two professionals — they’re reliable, skilled, and a pleasure to work with. We couldn’t be happier with the results! — A very satisfied customer"

"This was the best experience I have ever had with a plumbing company. They were fast, the rates were great and very clean."

"Overall, a great job. Installers were professional, courteous and hard working. Cleaned up, vacuumed. Installed by Jake M., Kevin, Zach P, and Bill. There was a plumbing issue and the installers immediately had Bill, master plumber, come out to fix it. Took 2 days instead of one due to the plumbing issue. My only complaint is that my salesman, Drew W. did not call me back when I reached out to him with a concern. Very happy with the finished project. Kudos to Jake, Kevin, Bill and Zach on a job well done."
