"Great guy, casual approach, does not ask enough questions. As a homeowner, I don't have his knowledge and is up to him to educate a little better. Overall, very, very good."

"The remodel was seamless, professional, timely and relatively hassle free."

"I’m an individual who is familiar with real estate and home projects, having done many myself, and this is a true story and honest review for which I did not receive ANY incentive or compensation to write. I was selling a home in Oella, and during its structural inspection a few of the old, 1926 wooden floor joists were found to need replacement. I had interviewed a few different builders and decided to employ Persky Custom Builders.  The owner, Josh, returned my call very soon after I had made it, and our appointment to see the issue was made for the following day (Checked box - Prompt and responsive.)  Josh discussed how he would be able to not only support the structure, but actually replace some pieces  - something which the other builders felt was too difficult to do (Checked box - Knowledgeable with expert skills). There was no sales pressure; Josh was forthright and personable (Checked box - Someone I felt comfortable with).  Josh provided me the quote for the work within a couple of days, and the cost was reasonable.  It was a slight bit higher than the other quotes, but then again, he was offering me a more complex technical solution which I wanted  (Checked box - The price was right).  The work was started within a few days and completed within a week (Checked box – Efficient; stayed with project and finishes it). I was very pleased with the results;  what I thought was going to be impossible, was made possible (Checked box – Great work quality). The work site was left tidy and clean, and Josh came to meet with me to examine the final results, be sure everything was addressed, and I that was pleased (Checked box – Customer service was beyond my expectations).    I have to give Persky Custom Builders an A+.  They checked ALL my boxes for what I needed and wanted for this renovation project. I was tickled pink when the work was completed in a reasonable time frame and with attention to quality. It's not easy finding a contractor who is prompt and reliable and meets high work standards.  Thank you so much, Josh, for taking such stress off my shoulders. I would hire you again in a heartbeat! "

"I hired Romeo's Home Solutions to demolish an old wood shed and erect a metal shed. They arrived on time and began to work immediately. It turned out I ordered the wrong size shed. Romeo's crew went above and beyond to dig a larger foundation for the new shed. I highly recommend their services."

"Great craftsmanship, great communication. Would definitely hire again!"

"Jamie Snyder  was punctual, did a great job of putting up the crown molding and the material was very good quality.  He was neat and clean in doing the job  and took out time to answer any question we had. His price was very fair and we look forward to using him for other projects around our home!

"Technician named Roman stopped by and identified the problem was an offset sensor, easily fixed, but stayed and did a general tuneup for us. We'll be having ABC back to replace the rollers."

"The crew did a fantastic job putting our dream kitchen together. Shane, the owner, is real easy to communicate with and his immense attention to detail provided my wife and I much comfort knowing the job was being done right. His crew on our project did the best they could to keep the dust down and left everything nice and clean at the end of the day. We reached out to 3 other contractors and we got the best package for our money through clear cut building solutions."

"We received several estimates and Mark's was by far the best.  He was easy to get a hold of and communicated the whole way through the process.  He came on a Saturday and finished the job in a day.  He even gave us options for mortar color which ended up matching the existing mortar perfectly.  We are happy with the results as the chimney looks better and more importantly is structurally sound, we're now less worried about leaks and further deterioration.  We will definitely consider Mark for future masonry work around our house.

"We did not hire Danny as we have a friend of the family that we chose to use for the roof replacement. Danny was friendly and helpful. we would hire him for other work in the future.
