"At first, I was happy with the customer service, very responsive, Great price for job and scheduling was not too bad. The total project took about 3-4 days due to some weather issues and machinery problems. I was expecting more of a 2-3 day turn around. That did not bother me as much as the random holes that popped up after the concrete started to dry. Owner stated that it was due to the delay pack they threw in the concrete to slow down the drying stage so they could pour and shape the area since it was so large. I get that and have heard of this process but when the holes started to show they are the size of quarters and have a rust brown stain around the edge of the hole. I called to get it fixed - waited about two weeks for repair and was told it would look brand new- the holes are still very visible with the rust stain around it and the resin used to fill the holes are a different shade color than the concrete. We are very disappointed since we spent so much money on this project not even to be able to enjoy it for one day of it being perfect. On a positive note- if you want to use this company for landscaping needs I think you are fine. The mulch and replanted grass seed that was placed around the project are beautiful."

We had a very hard rain a few days after it was finished and Cousins was out there in the rain making sure the landscaping they had to do was working for good water flow in our yard. There were a few areas that needed to be adjusted and they were out there fixing it a few days later. I did not have to call them. I would certainly hire them again and could not recommend them more highly."
