PJ arrived on time and gave me a very fair assessment of the work and price of a new heater. I had an unique quandary and again the office staff was very accomadating as I was given an appointment the next day! My wife had a doctors appt. an hour away from my home so I was very comfortable leaving a key for the tech Shawn to install the new water heater. Upon completetion of the job he called me to inform me he had completed the job. When we arrived home I was pleasantly surprised how clean he had left the work area as well as the rest of the area to enter and leave. The heater is awesome!!!
