"We had 2 sump pumps with battery backups with a perimeter drainage system installed in our basement. Workers were prompt, hard-working, and job was done within the amount of time planned. Clean-up was thorough and we were totally satisfied with results. My only critique would be that we could have been a little more informed about the amount of electrical outlets we had to have available for pumps and batteries. (But, we probably could have done a little more research ourselves and would have been able to ask those important questions.) Given the investment we made in buying the house, we wanted to make sure we left no doubt in our mind that we were fixing it for the long haul so we could use the basement without worry of mold/mildew for our kids. The team lead did an amazing job of explaining to me the work he was going to do, showing me updates, and then afterwards explaining in detail what was done, why it was done, and things for me to look for for in the future. The work included removing dry wall and paneling from the exterior walls of the basement. They trenched around the exterior, installed 2 sumps and drainage channels, replaced 6 window wells, added new drain to the sump in the exterior stairwell, covered exterior walls with moisture barrier, and repaired the concrete. All work was completed in the 5 days scheduled. They communicated well and answered all my questions and concerns.
