"I met the owners of the company upon my return home from a business trip.  My wife chose CAT Services, at 3:30 AM, based solely upon the reviews she read!  The business owners shared with me next steps and they were very sensitive to the fact that it was the week of the Christmas holiday.  We asked them to begin work right away;  which they did.  We loved the clean up crew;  mature, knowleadgeable and responsible team of gents that were very kind to my wife.  We trusted the entire team COMPLETELY AND LEFT THEM WITH A KEY TO ENTER THE HOME WHILE WE WERE NOT PRESENT DURING THE DAY.  No issues at all!

Before any work was done, the CAT team was keen to make us aware of proposed work schedules and they were always responsive to any requests we made of them.  However, the craftsmanship of the work crews was tremendous; tile, sheet rock, hard wood floors and the painters were unbelievable; not a drop of paint on the floors/carpets and they used high quality paints.  Place looks terrific! 

When the work was near completion, I expected a lag in the final work efforts getting completed.  I judged incorrectly.... as busy as the CAT Services team is, they made sure to stay on the job until completion and I was totally satisfied.  They did a number of walk through inspections prior to our official close out / end of job.

If something of this nature comes up yet again in my future, I would only consider CAT Services.  That is how strongly I feel about the work ethic and integrity of the owners and their team of works but for the end results of all their work.  I bought a John Wieland model home some fourteen years ago.  It never looked as good when I moved in as my home looks today!  I hope I don't require CAT Services ever again ... but if I do, I will only on them to help me with my home recovery work efforts.
