"The technician is kind and worked hard. After the cleaning, I opened three vents in the basement, and took photos inside the tube under flashlight. Two of them are just OK, but unfortunately one main tube still have many debris and dead insect. Those stuff does not stick on the surface. They can be easily removed if blowing. I hope that Angie list can upload those photos since the photos can speak the facts.
