Since then, the system has continued to show problems, including erosion and exposed drainage pipe within less than a year. In December 2025, I submitted another service request. An appointment was scheduled, then rescheduled to January 2, 2026, but no one showed up and I received no communication. I followed up on January 6 and provided multiple dates I was available, but never received a response. Recently, I reached out again and was told the issue was not covered under warranty and to stop trying to schedule appointments. Very disappointing experience and lack of follow-through."
