Our initial phone contact was almost unbelievably promising, and I had him inspect all three of my condos, hiring him immediately. Alfredo P. personally introduced me to the project manager for each job, who supervised the work of the technicians, all of whom performed with the same remarkable courtesy, punctuality and efficiency. The bill for the mold remediation was sent directly to my property insurance company, so I was spared that advance stress and expense. From beginning to end the finest details of the job were explained, whatever timing and exigencies of my tenants were respected and accommodated, and at the end another mold assessment was scheduled, the remediation equipment removed only after the final clearance reports were sent.
