They came 1 hour after the flood occurred (11pm), worked until 2am, and continued during business hours to mitigate damage and mold. They removed furniture and heavy exercise equipment and disposed of everything. The job was fast, complete, and clean; they coordinated with our insurance. We hired the company to rebuild, including walls, floor, and baseboards. It is beautiful and they were careful to keep the house clean and move furniture back into the place. Wali and Julio worked tirelessly, and were pleasant throughout the job. They have incredible skill and a lot of heart. Yousef helped us pick lovely and strong flooring. Their truck came in the next day with our items, clothes dry cleaned and all! They always called or texted back immediately, their customer service was wonderful. When the house was finished they let me pick out everything and did exactly what I wanted. I even let them do a black splash on their own which I love now. They rewired the house, new doors and everything. They totally increased property value about 75 thousand dollars for our house. They are amazing people who do is all!"

"It started off with requesting a quote through Best Air Quality and Restoration. The response time was great. The technician who showed up informed us in advance of his arrival, was very polite, followed Covid-19 safety protocols, was very thorough and did a great job. I also got the dryer vent cleaning which was the complete deal (going to the attic, removing the vent pipe and cleaning the debris). Some other companies claim they do dryer vent cleaning but only vacuum the dryer duct and do not perform the complete dryer vent cleaning which is more involved.
