"Wali Barack the project manager for water damage pro master was excellent in his service. He was extremely professional and experienced! He stayed with me through the entire dry out process. He was very thorough and inspecting everything even down to the studs. I will use them again in the future and will recommend and refer everyone to them."

"Mike will make you feel comfortable when a water disaster occurs. Great attention to detail and customer care!!"

"It started off with requesting a quote through Best Air Quality and Restoration. The response time was great. The technician who showed up informed us in advance of his arrival, was very polite, followed Covid-19 safety protocols, was very thorough and did a great job. I also got the dryer vent cleaning which was the complete deal (going to the attic, removing the vent pipe and cleaning the debris). Some other companies claim they do dryer vent cleaning but only vacuum the dryer duct and do not perform the complete dryer vent cleaning which is more involved. I'm very happy with the service and this company and have already recommended them too many of my friends. Keep up the great service Best Air Quality and Restoration!"

"Very responsive. Cleaned vinyl flooring and extracted water from a leak."

"Excellent services, extremely competent and trustworthy, simply one of the best service professionals I've worked with."

"I love my basement now! They removed all of the asbestos flooring, adhesive etc. and installed my new floor in 2 days. The employees were very respectful and worked efficiently. They had said 3 days but they hustled and did it in 2."

"My house was destroyed in fire and Mike was on site the night of fire and secured the building the next day. They got whatever was salvageable. Their truck came in the next day with our items, clothes dry cleaned and all! They always called or texted back immediately, their customer service was wonderful. When the house was finished they let me pick out everything and did exactly what I wanted. I even let them do a black splash on their own which I love now. They rewired the house, new doors and everything. They totally increased property value about 75 thousand dollars for our house. They are amazing people who do is all!"

"We had water damage around 9:00 PM and honestly didn’t know what to do. We called this company, and they came out that same night and took care of everything right away. They responded quickly, were very professional, and made the whole process with our insurance company super easy. We really appreciated their help, especially coming out so late at night. Highly recommend them!"

"Murry showed up fast and the inspection showed we had mold, the issue was rectified by their team in only a few days. I would use this service again if I ever suspect we have mold issues again. Bill Q"
