"I discovered water in the basement at 6:30 PM on a Monday night. I called Gerry at 7:00, he had someone at the house with a truck mount vacuum system by 8:00. By 9:00 he had 90% of the water vacuumed out of the carpet. The next day two people where there to remove the carpet and pad, they set up two large dehumidifiers and 7 fans. On Thursday that same week the area was dry. They are now going to put together an estimate for the restoration. I believe the speed at which they were able to respond saved us further damage and we have zero mold. As of now I have not received a bill so I do not know the cost. I feel confident it will be fair. I would hire them again in a minute. <br />"
