"The experience went very well. They came in and they knew what they were doing. They showed me who they were when they came to the door. I had some stains in the carpet that they took out; which I didn't think would come out because it was chocolate. They cleaned up after themselves. The price is very reasonable. They run this offer once in a while where you get three rooms cleaned for $99; I always have my carpets cleaned and it's extra for the scotch guard. The quality was very good. I will use them again in the future but not to clean upholstery. I had my couch cleaned and they had to come back three times on that."
