"Professional personnel to the max. The water mitigation team was exceptional in their response and duties. They were at my home one hour from the time I talked with Nicole about my situation. Dehumidifiers going 24/7 for 96 hours and then fans for five days. And they kept the house amazingly clean during its operations. I am totally impressed by the teams' skills and courtesies. "I called Servpro of Chesapeake and they were very prompt. They immediately started to remove the water with extraction and setting up drying equipment."

"We used A1 exterminators for several years. In the beginning we used them to change the dehumidifier filters. We started using them because the previous owners had used them to redo the crawl space and install a the humidifier. At some point we also started using them for pest control. We did their Guardian Plan from beginning. The guys they sent over were nice and courteous and always helpful. We were pleased with service until we were selling our home and records of services provided were requested and they refused to give them. We were needing information on if they had caulked some cracks in the foundation when they sealed everything when the dehumidifier was installed. I even had the previous owner call and give them permission to release this information. They accused me of trying to get information out of them that didn't belong to me. Funny thing is, there were absolutely no issues, but they were immediately defensive and accusing me of being in a bad place with our buyers. She talked over me to the point and was so rude, I told her to shut up. That was the end of anything I ever wanted to do with them. Had the owner of this company not been the rudest person I have ever dealt with in my life, I may have left them a good rating. Based on how she treats a customer of 4 or 5 years, I could never recommend them to anyone. Read their reviews yourself. Their bad customer service speaks for itself. When I mentioned this company to the buyers real estate agent, he confirmed that they weren't reputable as did the escrow company that did our closing."

"Mike and his team were amazing. They instantly put me at ease and I knew I was in good hands. Being a single mother that knows nothing about plumbing and repairs, I had no problem letting Mike take the lead on doing the best thing for my children and I! I put Mike's company in my phone as I am already making a list of what I need done next! No need to look further as he does it all for a reasonable price and I feel safe with them in my home and around my children!"

"I am extremely pleased with the results from the cleaning! Stains that had not been successfully removed by a previous carpet cleaning company came out easily without any extra services needed. He even treated my large front door rug without asking. Service was prompt, technician was friendly and respectful. It is helpful for other potential customers to know that there are extra fees for moving large furniture, blocking furniture legs, or treating tougher stains. However the price was very competitive, they accepted a discount coupon and I will definitely use them again!"

"We wanted to get a whole house duct cleaning because there was evidence the previous owner had mice when we removed the heavily rusted, filthy vents. We purchased the Angie's Deals after getting an estimate of almost $800 from another company for the same services. Air Duct Care provided the most professionally excellent customer service I have ever experienced. Bill and Dave were extraordinarily knowledgeable and gave us volumes of information about our HVAC system, and carefully explained several procedures we could do to improve the system's efficiency. They took before and after pictures with their cell phones so we could see how much debris their high-powered vacuum system removed. They explained every step they took along the way, and they even removed lint from behind the laundry area wall (a huge fire hazard!) where lint had built up due to an ill-fitting dryer vent hose. They thoroughly inspected the attic area and all around the HVAC closet area, and even advised us of how to make sure the system was properly functioning. Very impressive team that gave us outstanding results."
