"On Memorial Day 2024, while away from home, we had a water pipe burst flooding our downstairs living area. I "attempted" to use several wet vacs to get the water out of the carpet. They were very expedient and took care of everything including ripping up the carpet and wet drywall, removing furniture and belongings, getting a POD to store them in, taking pictures of the damaged items and structure, and handling the insurance end of reporting.
