He answered my call and was at the house the next morning. Even showed up a few minutes early, whenâ s the last time you had a contractor do that? We had a drawn-out debate with our insurance company about coverage (they declined to get involved, naturally) and Noah was patient and helpful the entire way through. When they declined to assist, he made sure to work the bill to a number we could manage. His crew showed up on time, friendly, clean, and efficient. They put in a 12-hour day to make sure they got everything done as fast as they could so they could start drying the place out. One poor guy got saddled with 3+ hours of air chiseling the old vinyl tile up, but they still left with a smile. Every call and text was answered immediately or returned within minutes, day or night, weekend or not. All work was done to fit into our schedule. They were more than cooperative in helping make sure we knew exactly what was and wasnâ t salvageable, cleanable, etc. When the bill came due, Noah made sure to rework the invoice so we could split it over check and credit card payment. While I canâ t say the basement flood is an experience I enjoyed, working with Noah and his team was beyond an A+ experience. Should you find yourself in the same unfortunate position this spring, know that you will have a bright spot in the mess."

"On Memorial Day 2024, while away from home, we had a water pipe burst flooding our downstairs living area. I "attempted" to use several wet vacs to get the water out of the carpet. I saw it was a losing battle as the drywall showed that water was wicking upward. Thus first thing next morning I searched for help and settled on local Dry Run Restoration service to call. Pryce answered right away and was at our property promptly to evaluate. It was obvious we needed restoration and within just a few hours they were on site with equipment. They were very expedient and took care of everything including ripping up the carpet and wet drywall, removing furniture and belongings, getting a POD to store them in, taking pictures of the damaged items and structure, and handling the insurance end of reporting.
