"Water was entering the house from a main water supply pipe outside the house, soaking part of a wall and carpet in one room in the basement. Aaron came very quickly when I called, stopped water coming in, opened the wall, turned back carpet and removed underlay as necessary, and quickly set up equipment to dry out the area, visiting regularly until all was dry. Excellent follow-up: Aaron went above and beyond in helping me understand the many relevant sections of our homeowners policy, and was very helpful, courteous and pleasant throughout. I hope we never have another leak, but if we do, I know who to call!"

"Christopher came out and found where it was coming from and made sure it was a small area but said they'd have to open up a wall to see how far back it went. He also identified where the water was coming from. My husband (who is handy) opened up the wall and repaired the leak. Christopher came back out to bid the project. After reviewing what my husband had opened up and removed, he was able to determine we did not need any work done and could patch it back up. Didn't charge us anything. The staff was responsive, Christopher was thorough (checking other rooms including downstairs ceiling area) and professional. "From start to finish, Vladimir and his brother Paul did an outstanding job. I set up an appointment on Home Advisor to get a quote on a day that was a couple weeks out. Within minutes, I received a phone call from Vladimir. He told me he was working a few minutes away and could be over to give me a quote that afternoon. He showed up and answered all my questions before I had to ask. He noted we would need flashing which would cost more, but it would prevent any water from getting behind the gutters (a problem we had with our old gutters). Our single story home has ~150' of gutters and four downspouts. Even with the additional flashing cost, Vladimir's quote was less than others we've received ($1380 for the larger K6 gutters/downspouts and ~$700 for flashing). Other quotes we've received didn't include flashing and were in excess of $2400. On the day we had lined up to get the gutters replaced, Vladimir called me to let me know they were en route. He and his brother removed the old gutters, installed all new flashing and put the gutters up in one day. He then came back out the next afternoon to finish the downspouts. Overall we are very satisfied with our new gutters- we should have done it a long time ago. Vladimir and his brother were very personable and professional. They take pride in their work and it shows. I've already recommended them to my coworkers and will definitely use them again for any future gutter needs."
