"Brian called and actually came out about 15 minutes early.  he looked over all of the carpeted areas and proceeded to give me a price to include Scotchguard.  We agreed on the work to be done and he went to work cleaning the carpets.  The carpets looked great after cleaning, most of the stains were removed.  There were a few he could not remove, but he advised what he did to try to remove.
