He assessed the issue and told me that it was probably the switch. He asked me how old the pump was and said he could replace the switch but recommended because of the pumps age that we replace it. He said he would be out on Monday in the afternoon. John arrived as he said and replaced the pump. The price was very fair. I thought John really cared about us and our problem.
