"Dalton came over and quoted me and let me know what was going on with the garage door. He gave me two options. I went with the option of replacing all the hardware and mechanisms because I didn't know how old the garage door was. We had moved into the house a few years earlier. I'm glad I did. All the bearings were locked up and worn out. He did a great job and educated me on a lot of things and then recommended how often to lubricate the mechanisms and where. "The customer service was amazing. Not only did they check up on the appointment but the technician walked us through what was wrong with our garage door and why. Not only did he fix 2 out of 3 problem right then but he took the time to explain the new parts and life span of them. He gave us an estimated time frame on ordering the last part. Roger and his crew did a great job on both our kitchen and bathroom remodels.  He was very responsive to my questions/ requests.  I felt that we had a good working relationship throughout the whole process.  He was easy to contact and returned calls/texts in a timely manner.  The people that worked in our house were professional and did top quality work. When we had issues with work, we did not think looked its best or did not work properly, he came in a fixed them.  It has been two months since our remodel was completed and I couldn't be happier.  I love my new kitchen and bathroom.  They are both exactly what I envisioned them to be and I appreciate that it was completed in the timeline that was outlined at the beginning of the project.  I would highly recommend Roger Allen and Associates.

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."

"This repair service was the best fix-it experience I have ever had. The servicemen arrived exactly at the time we had agreed upon, brought the tools and supplies they needed. They repaired the air return that I had called about; better than it was originally, ensuring that the problem wouldn't happen again. The job was finished so quickly and expertly that I ask if they did plumbing repair, also. I had a dripping faucet that a plumber had told me would have to be replaced at a cost of about $200.00 plus a service call. Mr. Smith said to let him take a look at it; and he repaired it in about ten minutes. The cost of both jobs was a fraction of what I had been quoted for just a service call to access the problems. Both servicemen were very professional and respectable & didn't leave a mess. I will recommend them to anyone that needs service or repairs to their home and will definitely call on them again when things happen, around the house, as they always seem to do. I have never written a review for professionals before; but I was so impressed with these gentlemen I felt the need. I am also grateful for the HomeAdvisor service."
